Use-after-free bug in CI with sanitizer

CI fails with use-after-free issue when build with sanitizers ON. The bug is due to inclusion of vast library and reported as issue https://github.com/trailofbits/vast/issues/770. Track the issue and enable sanitizers after resolving it.
