[WhatIf] JSON representation of USD

It'd be nice to have JSON representation of USD for wider adaption of USD to various Tools, DCCs, etc.

Design

Use USDC(Crate) representation as much as possible.

In JSON Pointer, ~ and / are special character.

We can use JSON pointer to represent targetPath for connection.
(we could drop <, >?)

[. ] brace is used to represent array in JSON pointer, where as represent relative attribute path(e.g. /bora/dora[/mura]) in USD Path. It seems relative attribute path is not commonly used so we can ignore it(i.e. no array indexing in JSON pointer)
