[matrix-identity-server] No errors when getAll request fail - SQLite

Here after an example of a wrong request that never finishes but doesn't get caught...

Reproduction:

1. Run docker-compose up -d
2. visit https://chat.docker.localhost/
3. access the Contacts page

The query will never end, and typing in the search bar has no effect...
