Upstream contributions: sharing & subscription for CardDAV

Apparently this is not implemented in Sabre so we did implement this our selves for CardDAV

CF ESN\CardDAV\Subscriptions\Plugin

It would be better to contibute this upstrean to Sabre and actually reduce our maintainance costs....
