Definition

• With Pending UR: There is no file
• With Active/ Closed UR: I can see the list of files in each UR and the following options when I click on three-dots
  button of a file:
  ◦ View details: When i click on Detail, the system will open the file detail screen with information: File name, type, size, uploaded person, Creation date, modification date
  ◦ Export: Download file to device as current Download activity in Linshare.
  ◦ Delete: Delete file as current Delete activity in Linshare.
  ◦ Preview: Preview file as current Preview activity in Linshare.
  ◦ Copy to my space: When i select this option, the app will execute copying file to Myspace then display a successful notification.
  ◦ Share: When user clicks Share, system will copy file to Myspace and display screen Share, then user can continue
  sharing file process as currently in Myspace.
  ◦ When i select multiple files in an Active/Closed UR, i can see the options: Export, Delete, Share, Copy in Myspace.
• With Archives UR:
  ◦ When I click on three-dots button of a file in the list, If file is copied to Myspace when archived before, I can
  see 2 option Detail and View in myspace.
  ◦ If file is not copied to My space when archiving, I can only see the option Detail
  ◦ When I click on View on Myspace, the system will find and open the copied file in Myspace. If that file is deleted
  in Myspace, system will displayed error message.
