V6.4 Upload-request error

With this new version, upload requests creation are not possible anymore.
Upload-request are working fine on V6.3.
Tests on test and prod are the same:

Thanks for the report, I will investigate.

To be able to reproduce it, I need more context form your test :

• the creation date (system date) is before or after the activation date ?
• Did you update the email template upload request creation or configuration ?

• we made a new mail configuration named EMM, with the original email template upload request creation and configuration

To be sure : the creation date is before the activation date right ?

Did you test with the default mail template to be sure that the new template don't have an error ?

I've just made a test with the default template, and the upload-request is correctly created.

Before re-creating our EMM template from scratch, is there a way to find where are the errors ?

So with the default email template the email is well displayed and created.

Which part of the template did you update ? the header, the footer or the content ?
Can you send us more details of applied modifications to be able to understand and reproduce.
