Documentation for Linagora service discovery

Today front relies on itself to display the app grid cf https://github.com/linagora/tmail-flutter/blob/master/docs/configuration/app_grid_configuration.md

They plan to rely on using backend Linagora service discovery endpoint instead linagora/tmail-flutter#2974.

But we lack the docs for it.

The front team needs to know:

• what are the possible services
• mapping between service - JSON key
• Are there any other services that should be added besides the current ones (linshare, linto, twake)
  Likely we need to add services for calendar, contact, ...

Notes: after this, we should deploy the endpoint likely on TWP dev/ UPN so they can try.

Likely we need to add services for calendar, contact, ...

That depends on the platform environment and what we deploy on it. Some platforms could only have mail and calendar, other mail, tdrive and chat, ...

It's up to us to make it easily configurable if it's not the case already
