Read only identities

In jmap.properties

Have a

identity.edition.allowed=true

(default value)

If false then Identity/set fails

Advertize it via a capability for the front:

"com:linagora:params:jmap:identity:readonly": {},

Would tell the front that it cannot edit identities (should not display edit button).
