[BUG] Recipient modal blocking interaction in Mail composer

Steps to reproduce

• Open Mail composer
• Open an email
• Click on recipient email address
• The modal of the recipient it’s opened

reproduce.mov

Expected behavior

• I can interact with the modal

Observed behavior

• Interface is blocked
• I can’t click on the cross, to close the modal
• I can’t click on button
• ….
