[STORY] Address book global search endpoint?

Today OpenPaaS SPA only search the default adress book of the user (...)

We lack of a endpoint to search all contacts.

Write a route in the side service that list address book visible to the end user, search them and aggregate the results, sorted by FN

To be used by a new contact front?

Let's not fix it on OpenPaaS contacts SPA, the semantic is just aweful
