Emoji support on Xiami devices

Problem

Analysis

• Display emoji depend on System support
• Maximum support in MIUI 13.0.2 is Unicode 13 (some emoji in version 14 should not display)
• Android native also have the problem, most user lack to use modern emoji, so Android framework proposes EmojiCompat solution, but it not work for Flutter
• Telegram and Whatsapp uses image-base-emoji to make consistents in all platform @Bobpodvalnyi @pm-McFly please think about this idea

Work around solution for Twake Chat

• will not support emoji version >= 14 (which release at the end of 2021)

Consequence

• our app will not have modern emojis
• if other Matrix client send us or react unsupported emojis, our app still show tofu block like current
