[Improvement] Make synchronization between phone adress book and TC instant

Currently it takes around half an hour to perform sync between phone and twake chat, we need to make syncronization instant (a contact has been added to the device's address book or changed -> the list of contacts is instantly updated in TC).

We already had several requests from our users about that.

Yeah, quite a while :( I mean, the sync is simply not performed for aorounf half an hour, and there's no way to force sync it. I have like 100 contacts, I think
Can we have TC sync contacts every time the user opens Contacts tab, maybe?
