[BUG] Twake account was not found after contacts sync

Describe the bug

New user installed Twake and tried to write me a message. App was installed without invitation link.
He gave permission to read his contact book

But Twake User with phone number +7xxxxxxxxxx was not found, but it exists and it's me

Maybe it's connected how do we search for the phone numbers, with spaces between didgits, brackets and pluses

As you said @shepilov your phone number +7xxxxxxxxxx is probably stored this way on the server, but the local phone format is likely to be +7 (xxx) xxx-xx-xx.

the phone is stored in the following format: +7xxxxxxxxxx in LDAP
