Move project issues from main `linkedin-faq` to `skill-assess-api` repo

Right now you have created project directly under organisation linkedin-faq which is fine but can be confusing if want to have more issues added from different repositories. I would like you to move/create new kanban project under your repository skill-assess-api where we can continue. Thanks
