Current Behavior

This is farther down the line as we need to establish portions of this but the server will be authoritative and the client will have many features users might not understand.
We need basic docs breaking down usage beyond just the readmes. Diving into how modes work what settings do what, how to set env vars to limit menu options stuff like that, general how to of using this base for your environment with VDI.
