Huion Kamvas 16 (2021) has multiple entries in Gnome settings

Bug description

My Kamvas 16 (2021) is listed four times in Gnome settings. This does not impede my ability to configure the tablet, there are just multiple buttons that do the same thing. See image below:

fwiw, this blog post explains why you see so many devices for the same physical thing (also note the uclogic mention in there, applies to you).

The huion-kamvas-16-gs1562.tablet is "at fault here" (and coincidentally is an autogenerated file) - it'd be nice if you could provide me with the width/height in inches (of the drawing area itself, whatever marketing would say, doesn't need to be very precise) so we can update that file.

Also, I'll need the output of udevadm info --export-db so I can look whether the UNIQ property is set on all the event nodes because, confusingly, it seems to be set for all but the Stylus device which makes no sense. I'm guessing that event node is the one that sends events when you use the pen? sudo libinput record will tell you when you select the event node.

The multiple devices, all with the same name is unfortunately a side-effect of the huion devices handled by the uclogic driver. We'll have to find workarounds for this but right now I'm not 100% sure where to put those (maybe GNOME Settings after all).

Anyway, tldr:

• the Stylus showing up as unknown is a bug in libwacom (maybe the kernel, depending on UNIQ)
• the .tablet file needs updating with some info from you (width/height)
• lots of devices showing up is unfortunate but expected for these devices
  • fixing that might be possible in GNOME Settings

The only one that gives an output when using the pen is event5, the one right after the "Stylus"

event7 is the one that gives output when pressing the buttons on the tablet.

Thanks, confirming UNIQ="HUION_M19s_201210" so that is the prefix we already have in the data files, so no extra changes should be needed here.

The property isn't set on the ... Stylus device which is why it has that "unknown tablet" link show up.

the k values map to BTN_TOOL_PEN, BTN_TOOL_RUBBER, BTN_TOUCH and BTN_STYLUS. the abs values to x, y, pressure and tilt x/y. IOW this event node looks like a tablet, I'm not immediately sure why it doesn't send events but this may be a side-effect of how uclogic handles HID Report descriptors, need to check this further.

Oh, I forgot, can you please run the sysinfo script from wacom-hid-descriptors and attach it as an issue there? that way we can get extra information ourselves in the future if needed. Thanks
