Description
There are two SPICE parser/drivers. One that comes with AllianceFramework (deprecated) and a new one implemented as a separate module.
This reflects that AllianceFramework was a bad design choice in retrospect.
We should:
- Break it down in atomic components.
- Move the extended library features directly inside Hurricane.
