How to update Librealsense firmware?

In realsense viewer the current version is shown as 05.11.01.100. However, we require depth in units of 10 micron, which is enabled from version 05.12.00 onward. We use Realsense SDK v2.29.0 as suggested by your installation guide.

Installing from realsense viewer or using rs-fw-update is not working. Please suggest, how to update the firmware.

Sorry for late response, the original realsense tool rs-fw-update works only on physical USB connection, currently we haven't support it through network. We will have our customer support to contact you and see if we can help you more with your request.
