Allow more modern hashing algorithms to be used for Password Type

I have noticed that the available hashing algorithms under "Password Type" are very outdated and insecure (as noted on the FreeRADIUS site https://www.freeradius.org/documentation/freeradius-server/4.0.0/reference/xlat/hash.html.

How difficult would it be to allow more modern and secure algorithms, such as sha256, to be used in daloRADIUS? (even as a temporary patch while we wait for a more permanent mainline fix)

If you want to contribute the change via a pull request, I'm happy to land it.
Things to consider:

• how do we support backwards compatibility with already existing tables/dbs that have users in the old password type?
• how do we ensure the newly up to date password hashing algos are compatible with freeradius?

If you can give me some general guidance on where to look to add this. I will have a look at it.
Side note Freeradius 4 is currently in ALPHA so I will only look at Freeradius 3.2.8 but could add the new things added for 4 in prepration
