Is it possible to stream FileObject instead of await data.read()

I would love to be able to do chunked streaming instead of reading every file into memory. Especially when uploading 50-100 files in parallel, this isn't the most efficient use of memory. Is there a way to do this with litestar/advanced alchemy?
