[litmus] Litmus-Helm-agent is not compatible with 3.0 release

Litmus-Helm-agent allows installing agents via helm chart directly which is a very useful and convenient feature to setup agents in an automated way without calling GraphQL APIs. However, it's currently not compatible with the 3.0 stable release.

The error returned when installing helm-agent with 3.0 release: required key ACCESS_KEY missing value.

The problem is coming from the litmus-helm-agent which is using a old version of litmusctl https://github.com/litmuschaos/test-tools/blob/master/custom/litmus-helm-agent/go.mod#L9 which is not compatible with the 3.X versions.
A update need to be done on this litmus-helm-agent.
