What happened:
App Version 3.0.0
My experiment run gets stuck in Queued state forever. Without making any changes in it (only clicking "Save" here and there (the Save button never grays out - I am going to submit another bug for it) I am clicking "Run" again and this time it goes to "Running" immediately.
queued_issue

What you expected to happen:
Chaos Experiment is in "Running" state.
Where can this issue be corrected? (optional)

n/a
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Create an experiment and run it multiple times. There should be time that it will be "Queued" forever.
Anything else we need to know?:

hi.. I am also having the same issue. Only difference is my experiment didn't get started even after saving multiple times.
Here is the screenshot for reference:

This is bug and should be resolved.
Meanwhile below resolution worked for me:
#4246 (comment)
Download manifest file and make changes as mentioned, copy to desired location and apply using 'kubectl apply -f filename.yml'
