Support for FUSE3

While trying to integrate this with my project, I realized AOSP by default comes with FUSE3 (API version 30 or higher) whereas this project is based on FUSE2 (API version 26).

Were any attempts made in the past to add support for FUSE3, or was there any reason to not port it to FUSE3? Asking this is case before trying myself.

I'd have to dig into the history, but I think littlefs-fuse was implemented before FUSE3 was out, or at least before it was widely available. At least I don't recall explicitly giving up on FUSE3.

If you do port to FUSE3, or hit an issue, let us know! It would be good to learn from.
