• I would love to add a flag discard=true while calling StopEgress

What it does?

• A flag to discard the video on StopEgress

Why its needed?

• Landed on a specific usecase where I need to have the recording on few other buisness logics.
• Will be great if there is a optional field to do so
• Also found some other people also intrested on slack community about this (Ref: https://livekit-users.slack.com/archives/C07FVFARRK7/p1739536015988449)
