例如在晚间不开启自动刷新，到每天早上7点再开始。休息期间，不发送邮件，不刷新网页，并在网页内容上标注正在休息一类的文字。

一直在找网页监控的扩展〜希望可以尽快添加关键词提醒功能〜如果可以右键选择元素那就更好了〜相当实用〜thx！
