Windows cannot compile and reports errors during runtime

Describe the bug

When installing record version 6.1.2 on Windows, the following error message appears：
MFAudioFormat_0pus、MFAudioFormat_FLAC、未申明的标识符

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install record 6.1.2 into project
2. execute "flutter run windows --release'
3. prompt for compilation erros above

A per this documentation, those identifiers are supposed to be supported from Windows 10...

Could be a missing component from Visual Studio? Do you have Windows SDK installed?
You can check this with Visual Studio Installer > Individual components (tab) > Kit SDK Windows 10 (or something similar).
