[request] please update for python 3

I find this gui will help a lot.
but I really really can't install it successfully because of meliae, which is stopped for long time and have problems with python3.

also it needs to be compiled but I don't have vc installed now.

is there any way to workaround it? or is there any chance that you could update pyrasite-gui?
