Currently Predicate Properties such as ptSingleValued and such use the type system.. Also it seems argument data types belong here as well, But this could be lighter weight system . Initial work will to identify the minimalist requirements. Also only load just those requirements by default. 2 seconds load (not 15 seconds as it is now)
