issues with apostrophe ' versus ’

The parser does not appear to recognize ’ as the ordinary lojban apostrophe ' , which results in having to edit a large number of cmavo when copying text between documents unless using plaintext -- not really a critcal flaw but it might be useful to add support for other apostrophe characters as it was difficult to figure out for the longest time why jbofihe refused to recognize "ca’o" or "zo’e" and so forth as valid words.
