how to configure Html files and EJS views support ?

I have installed the extension and I love it.
So far it works really well with i18next and track my keys when I open .js files and I can manage them with the editor.
But I can't figure out how to make it do the same on my .html and .ejs files.
I have read the documentation, set my .vscode/settings.json with numerous config values to include 'html' or 'ejs' extensions, tried custom regex, tried to setup custom framework, reloaded my windows each time but nothing seems to work.
IA chatbots seems confused as well as they hallucinates deprecated or unkown settings names.

I would appreciate any help at this point, I must have missed something in the documentation, but can't understand what.
