Add the loklak top menu bar with search and links to the documentation site

The loklak sites have a top menu bar. Please add the top menu bar to the documentation site in the same design as loklak.net. Please implement it with:

• the loklak logo in Courier New font and same size as loklak.net
• search bar in top area instead search bar on the left sidebar
• add links on right hand side to: Search, Apps, Blog, Developers, API

@yukiisbored can you help me with this issue? Can i use a image for logo here as used in loklak.net ? And in conf.py Line 187 here it has mentioned about sidebar, how can i add a right side bar here?
