Improve Javadoc

The javadoc is extremely spotty in some parts of the API and could use some looking over.

+1, someone can explains me the difference between CHAMPION_SELECT1 and CHAMPION_SELECT2 ?

As far as I can tell, it's CHAMPION_SELECT1 for the blue team and CHAMPION_SELECT2 for the red team
