Add support for markdown

[turicas]

Users should be able to write markdown content inside comment and question description.
To close this issue I think we should only implement:

• Rendering markdown on questions and comments
• Provide a "preview" when adding a question or comment

For a later milestone we can add an WSIWG editor.
