The title of the notification message triggered by the alarm is fixed as "UptimeKuma Alert", not the display name in the notification settings.

Feishu111 Testing

The expected notification message is: Feishu111 Alert: [Down] test2121, not UptimeKuma Alert: [Down] test2121. However, the title of the default notification message is fixed as UptimeKuma.
