🔖 Feature description

The dashboard tree should allow to quickly inform the ussr of the current state of the system. This should include the reason for any ongoing mainenance.

✔️ Solution

The availability bar shows a generic mouse over pop-up when a service is on maintenance. If would be quite useful if the title of the maintenance instead of the static string 'Monitor under maintenance' would be shown.

Sure, the pop-up should display '$date - [Terrarium] Active region' here.

true. under the current database/ui model that is not so simple. I did not quite think about implementation.
This might not be so simple after all.

One would need to look at the mainenances currently active to and merge them this way.
If multiple match we can just show multiple.
