[doc] document how to run integration tests with Thales Luna HSM

Integration tests (executed via the run_integration_tests.sh script) is capable of running against both SoftHSM2 and Thales Luna HSM. We should document how to run these tests with the latter, as our current documentation only explains how to run these tests with SoftHSM2.
