As we discussed in the meeting with ITG, we would like to use .github repository's reusable build workflow so that build step is executed faster then the current version

Github actions use merge-commit when checking out, we need to open a pr in .github repository to fix that, this makes git information shown in artemis wrong (commit message, sha, etc)

asked a write access to the .github repository
