Communication: Cannot find student by full name when trying to create a direct conversation

Describe the bug

When trying to start a direct conversation with a user in a course, it is only possible to find the user by entering their TUM ID, rather than their full name. This bug currently occurs when using the develop branch and may have been introduced by pull request 11168. I overlooked it while testing this PR.

To Reproduce

1. Go to a course a course with at least two members.
2. Click on 'Communication'.
3. Try setting up a direct conversation by searching for a member's full name.
4. You will find that the search does not find anybody.
5. Verify that the search works when the user's TUM-ID is entered.

Expected behavior

A user can be found by his full name

I have tested on the TS2 now, did not encounter any issue

@eylulnc thanks for looking into it. Could you also test this with some realistic data? Using only Artemis test users might not be realistic

@krusche I tested with develop on TS1, and tried out with the team members name in various format, also seem good
