Communication: Artemis cuts off half my message when clicking enter #12029

Uploading video to better illustrate it. Half my message is deleted when i press enter
It does not happen when i click "send"
To Reproduce
- Go to a random DM
- Write something
- Hit enter
- Do 1-3 again and then see error
Expected behavior
It should not clip my message
