Is your feature request related to a problem?

In the last 2 iterations of the course Patterns in Software Engineering (PSE), the students have been required to create screen recordings of themselves explaining the solution of a programming exercise. The submission has been done to a NextCloud folder and the have to follow a specfic naming scheme. The students don't really have a confirmation when uploading and all submissions for every exercise lands in the same NextCloud folder. So it is hard to organize / we have to rely on scripts and hope that the students follow the file naming conventions.

Describe the solution you'd like

From a student's perspective there can be a way to upload the screen recording via Artemis. This would faciliate the separation of the recording per exercise, and also there would be no more issues when naming the recording files. There should be a deadline for submiting the presentations and from a Tutor / Instructor perspective, one should be able to see the students' recordings and give presentation points after watching the recording. In the beginning this could just be a UI wrapper that uses Nextcloud to upload the files, but it could also store the files somewhere else. This feature would increase productivity of tutors when assessing video presentations and would help students know that their submission was uploaded succesfully.
