RESEARCH_GROUPS_LOCATION environment variable has no effect

Setting RESEARCH_GROUPS_LOCATION as environment variable on the client container doesn't work. The values always fall back to the defaults (Garching, Munich, Heilbronn, Weihenstephan for locations).

I guess its missing in ALLOWED_ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLES
