Request for versioned Docker image tags #783
Description
Currently I'm using latest for the Docker images, but this makes deployments unpredictable since the image can change at any time.
It would be helpful to have versioned tags (e.g., v4.5.0, v4.6.0) published to the container registry so deployments can pin to a specific version and upgrade intentionally.
