Unreachable Debian Repositories #855

Dear SGX-LKL Developers,
I've recently encountered an issue with the Debian repositories for SGX-LKL that are provided in the project's README. Specifically, the FQDN clcpackages.blob.core.windows.net appears to be unreachable, as it cannot be resolved at this time.
Using apt for SGX-LKL installation was very convenient.
Would it be possible to restore the repository's URL or offer an alternative?
