[BUG] Poe无法解析p-b

已确定p-b是正确的，使用的是Clash 代理
测试poe.com可以正常打开，也可以正常聊天

运行环境:

• 操作系统：Windows Server 2022 Datacenter
• Docker： 无（也可能是我不知道）
• 项目版本：2.5.3

描述你是如何触发这个 BUG 的

1. 启动chatgpt-installer.exe
2. 程序运行，报错

预期行为
描述你认为正常情况下应该看见的情况
解析成功，正常运行
