Apologies for not being clear. Its on the self serve password page when you choose email a link. I'm getting the email, with what used to be a hyperlink to change a password is now just a long string of text.

The content of the mail is from the lang file:

$messages['resetmessage'] = "Hello {login},\n\nClick here to reset your password:\n{url}\n\nIf you didn't request a password reset, please ignore this email.";

It is plain text. Your mail reader should do automatically the link.
