It seems that I made a mistake and checked the "Enforce Workbench on the Biblio" content type, in the Workbench configuration GUI. Subsequently, I may have sealed the deal by featurizing the mistake.
By default, it seems that the content type is left in the moderation limbo. I.e; only admin roles can node/add/biblio, no matter how we try to wrestle the permissions. We could possibly assign sections, but I do not see this is very wise, the biblio content may not abide by the same sections that the general DEIMS content.
Furthermore, I am not sure why would we moderate the biblio nodes. If a DEIMS admin wants to establish a workflow for biblio nodes, DEIMS offer the tools, but we do not need to push our workflows for such content.
The tentative fix: reconfigure the workbench (uncheck the box for biblio) and capture the new config in the corresponding DEIMS feature. Test. Yum.
