Question about method of focal codec.

very interesting work and thanks for sharing source code.

I had two questions about your work:

(1) whether i can expect that the codec can automatically focus on the most interesting spectrum area or spectrum with more detail during encoding and decoding? maybe some level of variable bitrate within each frame.

(2) whether there is ablation study about your codec with or without compresser/decompressor part or focal up/down scaling?
