Add status service to github

This service doesn't actually do anything yet, but it might be worth putting it on github at some point.

Depends on:

• Remove example code from project
• Don't commit node_modules (Though explain in documentation how to get them)

Can't remember what this service was meant to do. But if it's been over a decade and not on github, unlikely I'm gonna be able to find the code.
