Make set number visible on phone in portrait

At the moment, the set number is last thing in the title, so if there's not enough space for the whole title (eg portrait on HTC One X), then it's the first thing which gets truncated.

This used to not be so big a deal, because the set number is also in the URL.  But now, with pinning to homescreen in Chrome for Android, the URL is no longer visible.
