MSPT display hard to read with smaller values

Description

In the profiler UI, the MSPT (Milliseconds Per Tick) display becomes difficult to read when the values are small (typically < 10). The values appear visually squished together without clear separators, making it hard to distinguish between the minimum, median, 95th percentile, and maximum values.

Open any profiler with small MSTP values on desktop browser.

Expected Behaviour

The MSPT values should be clearly spaced, separated, or labeled for readability.
